    Overview:
    $500 signing-bonus after 4 months of service
    Join the team at TradeWinds Island Resort and embark on a rewarding journey at Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace for seven consecutive years. The resort features two distinct properties on St. Pete Beach.
    The Bellperson role involves assisting guests with luggage, providing top-notch service, and ensuring a memorable stay.
    Responsibilities:
    • Load and unload luggage carts
    • Organize and deliver luggage for tour groups
    • Escort guests to rooms and introduce hotel services
    • Inspect and prepare guest rooms
    • Provide information on room features and hotel amenities
    • Store and manage luggage and packages
    • Deliver messages and assist with guest inquiries
    • Update local attractions and events listings
    • Ensure accuracy of lobby reader board
    • Offer directions and assist guests as needed
    • Support front desk operations
    • Show guestrooms and highlight hotel amenities
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
    • Valid driver's license (if required)
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to listen and address concerns
    • Capability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledge of St. Pete Beach area a plus
    • Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
