Bell Shoals Church is a multi-site ministry in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a Campus Pastor for the newly launched Riverview Campus. The ideal candidate will lead the campus, preach weekly, shepherd the congregation, oversee operations, and engage with the community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Campus Pastor to lead the newly launched Riverview Campus. Responsibilities include preaching, shepherding, overseeing operations, coordinating worship services, leading staff, and engaging with the community.
Key Responsibilities
The Campus Pastor will preach weekly, provide spiritual guidance, administer church affairs, lead worship services, manage staff, and engage with the community.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Campus Pastor who is passionate about the gospel and helping individuals grow in their faith. The ideal candidate will have pastoral experience, an M.Div degree, and a strong work ethic.
