    Description

    Are you interested in getting into the automotive business? Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota is in search of a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to enter the dealership world and to assist with the buying experience to satisfy our customers

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting Sales
    • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
    • Persistent and competitive with a desire to work in a performance-based environment
    • Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information.
    • Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

    Requirements
    • Must be 18 years old.
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
    • Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
    • Customer service experience
