+Responsibilities
  • Build deep long-lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor Earn Okta trusted advisor status with customer identity owners and technical leadership known as the primary point of contact for technical leaders Possess masterfully apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve complex problems design sophisticated solutions influence customer strategies Collaborate with customers to design identity strategies aligned with their business objectives Help find ways to build upon expand customers adoption of the Okta footprint through additional use cases increasing security posture Use knowledge of how Oktas product differentiators lead positive outcomes for customers securing the Okta footprint against competitive displacement Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills capable dissecting complex multifaceted problems orchestrating effective solutions Proactively identify risks create mitigation plans establishing actions ownership driving resolutions Manage competing priorities little impact delivery ensuring follow-through all activity Demonstrate strong ability represent advocate customer cross-functional teams including engineering support supporting policies decisions best interests company Facilitate difficult discussions senior stakeholders Serve thought leader providing best practices workshops training Generate specific vertical/use case insights thought leadership demonstrating advanced level of Okta platform identity domain knowledge focus enhancing customers security posture Generate higher value customers deeper TAM engagement repeatable asset strategy creation team Mentor peers colleagues upskilling capability focus technical development Contribute development adoption retention strategies sharing knowledge customer patterns leading execution Lead project tasks initiatives aimed improvement TAM processes knowledge
