We are looking for someone in Cleveland, VA who can help us with our computer. We are having trouble getting any image on the screen, whether it's on the usual monitor or the TV we want to connect it to. We have tried connecting the PC through the HDMI port and both the motherboard and graphics card display, and everything seems to be powered on, including the sound card, motherboard, and graphics card fans. However, we still can't get any image. We have checked all the connections and don't think anything is disconnected.
