Recruiter (m/f/d) part-time

Company: BSS BOHNENBERG GMBH | Location: Solingen | Category: Professionals and Executives

We are looking for a motivated employee to support our administrative department as a part-time Recruiter (m/f/d) (20 hours/week) on a temporary basis for 2 years.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly approach potential candidates on social media platforms
  • Assist with initial selection and conduct first interviews with suitable applicants
  • Develop and create internal and external job postings, including posting on various portals
  • Serve as a contact person for headhunters and recruitment agencies
  • Support the development and optimization of new HR recruiting processes
  • Perform general administrative tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed commercial education, preferably with a focus on personnel
  • Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Empathy and strong communication skills
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
