Our client, a luxury goods company, is seeking experienced and strategic General Managers / Sales Directors for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with the potential for growth and expansion within Europe.

These roles are responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The GMs will lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of the company's business strategies in the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand into new markets in the DACH region.
  • Align regional goals with overall company objectives and ensure consistent execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and support, to achieve collective goals.
  • Create and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
