To strengthen our team in personnel management, we are looking for a

Personnel Support Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

You are a competent contact person for our nursing professionals for all telephone and written inquiries.
You answer questions about all contractual and personnelrelated topics.
You always have a smile on your face and an open ear for the concerns of our nursing professionals regarding their current employment.
You are responsible for certification management, especially for processing sick leave and vacation requests, as well as creating references.
You document all inquiries in our CRM system.
You work closely with our teams in payroll and placement.

Qualifications:

You come from the service industry or have some experience in employee support and enjoy working with people?
