Job Description:


As a Regional Technician at Cinch IT, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch IT services to our clients within the Metro West area.

You will be responsible for both remote and on-site technical support, vendor management, and assisting with project management tasks. This position requires traveling to customer locations, thus a valid driver's license is a must.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Travel to customer locations to perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and support as needed.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, software installations, and troubleshooting hardware/software problems.

Manage vendor relationships, including communication, procurement, and escalation of issues when necessary.

Assist with project management activities such as planning, scheduling, and implementation of IT projects.

Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Document all support activities, solutions provided, and configurations for future reference.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.


Qualifications:
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide effective solutions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Previous customer service experience in a technical or related field is preferred.

Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Pay:
$ $31.25 per hour
