Due to our growth, we are currently seeking a

Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Central point of contact for the respective unit and tasks in the warehouse
  • Support the supervisor in complying with and implementing legal regulations regarding working hours, health and safety within their area of responsibility
  • Leadership and supervision of internal and external employees (performance reviews, shift scheduling, vacation and training planning, etc.)
  • Ensuring smooth operations in goods receipt, transport, picking, cutting, and storage
  • Inventory monitoring (continuous and periodic inventory)
  • Proper and professional handling of material handling equipment (safety inspections, TÜV, etc.)
  • Conservation of resources

Your profile:


  • Completed logistics vocational training
  • Previous experience (e.g. in logistics management) is advantageous
  • Experience in personnel management is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Solid MS Office and ERP knowledge
  • Handson mentality
  • Structured, independent, and organized way of working
  • Forklift license
