Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise the title operations team, including setting priorities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
  • Oversee the title process from start to finish, including title searches, clearing, and closing
  • Review and approve title commitments, policies, and other documents
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as escrow and recording, to ensure smooth transaction processing
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
  • Resolve complex title issues and customer complaints
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in the title insurance industry, with a focus on operations management
  • Indepth knowledge of title reading, clearing, escrow, and recording processes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in title software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
