- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

This position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Projects and/or Services. You will target strategically significant clients in the Owner Direct community.
This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.
