JOB SUMMARY

Staff nurse responsibilities include providing for the emotional, medical, and physical needs of Danville's members and improving their quality of life by observing, documenting, reporting, taking action and following-up on their health, safety, and medical needs, and implementing medical recommendations made by the team and the RN House Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

RN Degree (AD, BSN or MSN) or LPN from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred

Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass a criminal background/fingerprint and central registry check
Nursing license must be valid in the State of AZ and Unencumbered
Must have good interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic keyboarding and computer skills
Must be highly organized
CPR, Prevention & Support, Article 9 & other training as required by Danville and the State of Arizona Division for Developmental Disabilities. Danville will provide training for Article 9, Prevention & Support and CPR if you don't have the certificates.
