- Oversee the repairs for all damaged units that go in and out of ITRs from railheads
- Work with the Regions and Claims Department to set up new ITRs as needed
- Work with ramp agents and VL staff to confirm the validity of damage notifications
- Set up Damage Move Requests to and from the ITR facilities
- Ensure units do not age at the ramps or ITR and vehicles are repaired in a timely manner
- Be certain that no units are left unaccounted for and that lost units are reported immediately to all parties
- Regularly follow up with ITR regarding status updates and potential delays in repairs
- Manage and update the ITR Tracking Log
- Request for and review all damage reports, estimates, and supplements received and ensure accuracy of the reports
- Notify customer/regions of all damages to ensure draft clocks are pushed out in a timely manner
- Send notifications to Claims to request DIT Surveys and create the claim in ITMS
- Send notifications to Claims to request supplemental surveys and request revisions to survey reports
- Work with KHS to manage on-site repairs of vehicles at approved
- Ensure invoices are pushed to Claims Department for processing
- Make arrangements for Roadside Moves to and from the ITR facility
- Follow up on the status of Roadside Moves to ensure there are no delays
- Coordinate Roadside moves for Tacoma Port

Summary
