In search of a receptionist with a background within the legal industry preferred, not required.
You would be responsible for:
- Performing Receptionist duties
- Answering multiline phone system
- Assisting with incoming mail
- Display the utmost professional demeanor at all times
- Assist management with reports and other office admin duties as needed
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.'
