We are offering an apprenticeship position as a Management Assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on secretarial work and commercial control and monitoring starting on August 1st, 2024.
YOUR TASKS:In the secretarial department, you will learn about commercial processes and tasks such as general secretarial duties, correspondence, operating the telephone switchboard, mail processing, scheduling and coordinating appointments, travel planning and expense reporting. You will also be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors and guests.
