The Schwarz Mobility Solutions GmbH is the service provider, solution and system provider for all mobility issues within the Schwarz Group. This includes group-wide fleet and travel management, as well as the implementation of additional mobility solutions within and outside the company group. Our team for employee mobility is responsible for both internal travel management and operational mobility under the brand readyforgreen. To continue offering our services in the usual quality, we are looking for you

Your tasks:

  • Contact person for all questions regarding the booking of business trips, including:
  • Online booking tool
  • Travel agency
  • Service providers (e.g. flights, hotels, rental cars, trains)
  • Payment processing
  • Collaboration in the further development of travel management processes
  • Support of daily operations in employee mobility
  • Processing of job ticket requests
  • Management of micromobility solutions

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a travel agent (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
  • Professional experience in a tourism company (e.g. travel agency, hotel, airline)
  • Enthusiasm for mobility topics
  • Service mentality and solutionoriented approach
  • Team and communication skills
