Veritas Global Protection Services is one of the fastest growing Vehicle Service Contract companies in the world. Our goal is to offer customers and clients peace of mind.You will be responsible for handling inbound calls to serve as a point of contact for our customers.
You will also identify and resolve caller needs by providing information found through multiple different databases or directing calls as necessary to the appropriate department as needed.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers requesting the necessary documents needed for the claims department to review as well as obtaining customer statements
- Resolve customer issues or complaints
- Advise customers regarding policy coverage and explain coverages on claims decisions
- Upload all necessary documents into the appropriate claim(s) for review in a timely fashion
- Communicate with claims department notifying them when documents, videos, pictures, etc. are received from the customer or repair facility
Required Qualifications
- 1year customer service experience
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Customer service oriented with an ability to stay positive through different types of interactions with customers and team members
- Excellent active listening skills and and empathetic voice and manner
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment through multitasking, all while keeping the customer at the center of your attention
- Experience deescalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
- Experience with Microsoft office programs
- Word, Excel, Outlook
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment
- Experience working in the Automotive Industry
- Experience handling Claims
- Prior experience working in for a Warranty Administrator
- Ability to problem solve using critical thinking skills
- Degrees, Certifications or specialized schooling in mechanics is a major plus but not required
- Knowledge in using the programs AllData and Mitchell
Preferred:
Automotive industry knowledge (parts, sales, service advisers, mechanics, etc.)
