Come work for HRSI as a Patient Advocate and make a difference in someone's life We have an opening at Jefferson Lansdale while also covering for Grandview Hospital.

You will be performing are:
Interviewing patients and/or family members using the Medical Assistance Application provided by the state.


Some of the duties include:

• Speaking to underinsured/uninsured patients and/or their families bedside
• Calling patients and prescreening over the phone
• Contacting the County Assistance Office
• Speaking with Doctors
• Updating computer systems

You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs. You will need to be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. You must be dependable, reliable and able to work independently. Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Hours are:
Mon - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm


Pay:
$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
