Key Duties:


Management Support

• Supports Branch Manager for overseeing, training, evaluating and reviewing of all subordinate employees in the Warehouse Department; directs, monitors and controls activities.
• Manages and directs the whole department to ensure the smooth workflows.
• Develops and routinely updates department plans; maintains documentation and keeps accurate records of the activities.
• Establishes department related budget and controls costs with budgetary limits to achieve targets.
• Responds to any inquiries from both customers and coworkers regarding deliveries and others.
• Manages and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Warehouse Department.

Warehouse Management

• Supports Branch Manager to ensure all working areas within Warehouse are cleaned and kept clean.
• Monitors and controls inventory.
• Manages and maintains equipment/facility used within the Department including company trucks, vans and forklifts, which needs to be in safely operative conditions; supports logistics related tasks when necessary.
• Compiles with Federal, State and Local warehousing, material handling, shipping and safety requirements by knowing existing and new legislation; recommends management for improvement plan.
• Responsible to handle operation cycle from the beginning to the end; supports subordinate employees outside of regular workhours when necessary.

Requirement:

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong time management skills, able to prioritize workload
• Have multitasking skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
