We are the municipal utility and transportation company for the region, serving over customers. Our employees are committed to providing customer-oriented, safe, and environmentally friendly supply of electricity, natural gas, district heating, water delivery, as well as public transportation and our pools.

To continue successfully serving our customers, we are currently seeking an unlimited full-time Civil Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in building construction for our "Technical Services" department.

Your responsibilities

Coordination and implementation of building construction projects as construction manager and client representative
Preparation of building applications in compliance with the Hessian Building Code (HBO)
Preparation of tenders, awarding and settlement of construction services according to the VOB
Documentation of construction measures including monitoring of available budget
Planning, coordination and monitoring of operational processes in plant maintenance
Preparation and implementation of energy renovation concepts

Your profile

Completed university degree in civil engineering or architecture, additional qualification as SiGeKo advantageous
Several years of professional experience in construction and project management
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. HBO, VOB)
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, knowledge of AutoCAD and AVA
