***The School-Based Mental Health Clinician provides comprehensive clinical mental health services in the school setting, including counseling with students and families, crisis intervention, conducting and facilitating client education and informational workshops, and team collaboration. Our Mental Health Clinician position presents the opportunity to have a high impact on youth clients in their most comfortable and accessible setting, in addition to the opportunity for extensive collaboration and growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust hold a clinical license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy in the state in which this position is being offered (Maryland) (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMSW, LCMFT, LMFT) and must be in good standing with the licensing board. Experience with child and/or adolescent mental health strongly preferred Experience working with students and families, plus community health and social service agencies is preferred Effective problem solving and communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer Must be able to complete thorough clinical documentation- Employment with interdynamics is contingent upon completing screening requirements (including, but not limited to, Criminal Background Check and State Child Abuse Registry Clearance)._
