Position Summary:


Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to the Chief Executive Officer that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive.

Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.

Summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review.

Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.

Creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the executive. Coordinates high level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings. May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support.

This is a full-time position working onsite Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and travel. The pay for this position is $60,000 annually.


Essential Functions

  • Performs administrative duties for Executives, and assists in managing all external notifications to include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports; training other support staff; managing incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining office supplies
  • Prepares reports and analyses; makes appropriate recommendations, conclusions
  • Works independently on projects related to areas of responsibility and/or as assigned.
  • Maintains a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with departments and staff
  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner

Requirements:


  • Education/Experience/Knowledge/Understanding_
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of four years of related experience
  • Possesses a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

Pay:
$58, $60,000.00 per year
