Independent retail pharmacy with Immediate opening for a Certified Pharmacy Technician or Tech in training. All weekday hours/shifts open for full time, part time or as needed. Must be registered in TX. Pharmacy is located in NW Houston.


Job Description:

• Processes prescriptions and calls insurance
• Counts/pours correct drug into appropriately sized container, labels container and prepares it for pharmacist verification
• Processes payment on register
• Various duties to maintain compliance, assist pharmacist

**Current TX Pharmacy Technician License

**Friendly personality, customer-oriented and great phone etiquette.

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Bilingual/Spanish a plus

**Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Strong organizational skills

**Detail oriented and good problem solving skills

**Computer knowledge - experience with Microsoft programs


Job Types:

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Houston, TX 77070: Relocate before starting work (required)
