Residence Manager (m/f/d) in Accommodation for Refugees in Sheffield, IA
Albatros non-profit organization for social and health services is committed to providing care and support for refugees. We currently operate five communal accommodations in the districts of Reinickendorf, Lichtenberg-Hohenschönhausen, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, and Pankow. We also have the first quarantine facility for refugees in Berlin.

Following the motto "help for self-help," we value a respectful and appreciative approach to people with refugee experience, in order to support their social participation.


We are currently looking for a full-time (40 hours) Residence Manager (m/f/d) to lead our accommodation for refugees in Pankow and Reinickendorf.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent decisionmaking in all matters
  • Personnel management: training, coaching, conducting employee meetings
  • Close cooperation with authorities, offices, and cooperation partners
  • Documentation and implementation of quality standards
  • Enforcement of house rules and implementation of the operator's concept
  • Representation of the facility internally and externally
