Site Acquisition Specialist - Latham, NY

Tectonic is currently seeking a full-time Site Acquisition Specialist with experience in new build, site modification and small cell projects to work on various telecommunications projects based out of our Albany NY Regional Office This is an excellent opportunity for growth in the telecommunications industry with a firm that provides turnkey solutions including services associated with all aspects of telecommunication network systems nationwide ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assisting in the research review and analysis of tax maps zoning maps and property maps Performing initial site visits to select site locations to meet client needs including taking photos drawing sketches and documenting observances such as the area layout existing structures and existing utilities Assist in the process of securing leases for the client including lease review negotiations Communicating coordinating site activities with construction management environmentalists engineers attorneys and other necessary contacts to ensure successful site completion this may include participating in regular site walks on the construction sites overnight travel visits Obtain permits communicating with legal counsel municipalities needed Attend zoning meetings clients legal counsel All other duties required QUALIFICATIONS A minimum three years experience in site acquisition leasing zoning Experience new build modification wireless telecommunication projects Associate Degree higher Real Estate Urban Studies Paralegal Studies similar HS Diploma/equivalent required Exposure negotiation leases wireless/telecommunications industry ability read understand interpret related legal documents Must detail oriented Excellent oral written communication skills interpersonal skills effectively coordinate clients supervisors managers regarding site progress Basic proficiency Microsoft Office Suite ability use required software Requires valid acceptable driver license personal vehicle meetings travels PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing essential functions position employee frequently assume stationary position handle inspect feel documents materials equipment relevant job communicate same Employee will also need process manual computer generated documents communicate Corporate email telephone systems In accordance level visual detail required this close vision depth perception adjust focus require this position They may occasionally move around job-site ascending descending landscape ladder positioning themselves obtain specifications The employee may occasionally lift move equipment materials lbs Position involve operating motor-vehicle assuming stationary position extended periods time COMPETITIVE SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE In addition providing competitive salaries Tectonic offers wide range benefit options Comprehensive group medical insurance health dental vision life Opportunity professional growth advancement Tuition reimbursement Paid time off vacation sick personal Company observed paid holidays Short long-term disability coverage Flexible spending accounts medical expenses dependent care 401K retirement profit sharing plan PAY RANGE Goal compensate employees fairly equitable positions Companywide advertised pay ranges representative good faith effort provide reasonable anticipated salary range Offered pay outside provided salary range selected candidate work location experience education certifications capabilities compared advertised position Pay Range: $65, 525 / year Tectonic goal is compensate employees fairly equitable positions Companywide Advertised pay ranges represent good faith effort provide reasonable anticipated salary range Offered pay outside provided salary range selected candidate work location experience education certifications capabilities compared advertised position em> Pay Range: 65, 75,
