Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting our onsite team at our client in Warstein in the following areas:
  • Installation and configuration of clients
  • Hardware moves (disassembly, assembly, cabling)
  • Warranty and standard repairs in the desktop, notebook, and printer areas
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting and analysis
  • Resolving service calls in the client environment

Your profile:

  • You are a participant in a retraining program for IT specialists in system integration (m/f/d) and have the following qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of common operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10)
  • Hardware knowledge in the desktop and notebook area
  • Basic knowledge in the area of LAN and WLAN
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Service orientation
  • Reliability
