'Gervais, OR 'ASG is an established and expanding firm located in the HafenCity area, providing tax, auditing, and legal services. We work interdisciplinary to primarily support medium-sized companies of all legal forms, as well as foundations and private individuals.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Tax Assistant (m/f/d) for our Tax Planning & M&A Tax department, full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:

You will handle complex tax issues for a diverse national and international client base, including tax structuring for corporate transactions, tax due diligence for company transactions, inbound and outbound investments, estate planning, reorganizations, and more.
You will support our clients during tax audits, application processes, and communication with tax authorities.
You will write opinions and expert reports in close coordination with your superiors and serve as a point of contact for your colleagues regarding taxrelated questions.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on taxation.
Previous practical experience in tax consulting, auditing, or financial services is advantageous.
You are proficient in MS Office applications.
You work independently and in an organized manner, with a precise and reliable work ethic.
You are a dedicated and enthusiastic team player who enjoys exchanging knowledge with colleagues.
You are interested in broadening your knowledge in the field of tax law and enjoy exploring new topics.
Excellent written and spoken German skills complete your profile.
