Your tasks:

Recognize needs: Conduct needs and potential analyses within our consulting approach, always focused on the individual life situation of our customers/prospects

Advise people: Consultation of an existing customer base as well as acquisition of new customers for one or more of the following product areas: credit, checking accounts, cards, and retirement planning

Inspire customers: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including independent scheduling of customer appointments and placement of individually suitable additional products

Live risk culture: Continuously develop and maintain a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank


Your profile:

-
Know the right things: Commercial education, preferably in the banking sector, e.g. as a bank clerk, or a comparable education
-
Be able to do the important things: Know-how and experience in one or more of the above-mentioned product areas or the willingness to familiarize oneself with them

Bring the necessary things: Enjoy working in a strong team, close customer contact, and providing professional service
-
Have something special: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales - including everything that goes with it: consultation with needs analysis, recommendation and closing, as well as customer care
