Precision requires passion - Your task:

  • As a Technical Customer Service Administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for repairing and calibrating high-quality high-speed cameras or other electronic devices
  • You are not only the point of contact for our customers and service providers, but also enjoy building and expanding these business relationships
  • You develop independent solutions to increase customer satisfaction and always keep an eye on the quality of the repaired cameras and devices at the time of delivery
  • Coordinating incoming repair orders and improving the interface between departments are also part of your responsibilities

We need you - Your profile:

  • You have completed training as an industrial electronics technician, preferably as an electronics technician for devices and systems, state-certified electrical engineer, or have comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of layout programs such as EAGLE or Altium would be an advantage, but is not a must
  • You are not only characterized by your quick comprehension and technical understanding of circuit diagrams and drawings, but also enjoy working independently and customeroriented
  • Good German and fluent English skills complete your profile
