Office Concierge 2 Montague Location in Brooklyn (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm)
(Tuesday and Thursday 11am
- 7pm)

Position Summary:
Receptionist/Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome families and visitors.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist programs with laundry and shower room scheduling.
- Replenishing of community refrigerator/supply/snacks.
- Keeping play area clean and organized.
- Oversee locker usage.
- Work in conjunction with cleaning team to ensure site cleanness.
- Maintain open communication with supervisor/leaders in regards to security and maintenance concerns.
- Provide coverage for as needed for neighboring Graham Windham location (1PP).
Conference Room Booking & Guests Services:
- Timely management of conference room accommodations (includes reservation, audio-visual equipment, food service supplies)
- Screens incoming calls, takes phone messages.
- Greets and directs families/guests to the proper areas of service.
- Assist with the setup and take down conference rooms for meetings.
Interoffice and External Mail Services
- Arrange interoffice mail for messenger service.
- Sort, process and distribute mail and incoming mail from Graham-Windham sites.
