(Tuesday and Thursday 11am

Position Summary:


Receptionist/Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome families and visitors.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist programs with laundry and shower room scheduling.
  • Replenishing of community refrigerator/supply/snacks.
  • Keeping play area clean and organized.
  • Oversee locker usage.
  • Work in conjunction with cleaning team to ensure site cleanness.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisor/leaders in regards to security and maintenance concerns.
  • Provide coverage for as needed for neighboring Graham Windham location (1PP).

Conference Room Booking & Guests Services:

  • Timely management of conference room accommodations (includes reservation, audio-visual equipment, food service supplies)
  • Screens incoming calls, takes phone messages.
  • Greets and directs families/guests to the proper areas of service.
  • Assist with the setup and take down conference rooms for meetings.

Interoffice and External Mail Services

  • Arrange interoffice mail for messenger service.
  • Sort, process and distribute mail and incoming mail from Graham-Windham sites.
