    The RealReal's Finance team is looking to hire an Investor Relations Director that will be an integral part of our growing team.

    In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of our quarterly earnings materials, responding to investor and analyst inquiries, and analyzing key financial and operational results.

    You will be working primarily with our Senior Executives as well as our Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams, and you will also support other teams on ad hoc projects.

    The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, display an executive/polished presence, be able to articulate our business strategy and financial results, and be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    Coordinate with Accounting team to deliver quarterly reporting on KPIs and other metrics
    Maintain and update IR calendar, including travel, events and deadlines
    Prepare analyses and presentations on our institutional ownership and changes to our investor base
    Monitor recommerce/resale and luxury market trends, peer equity performance, and peer financial results and prepare reports on same for dissemination to the leadership team
    8+ years of experience in IR at a tech company, IR consulting, strategic consulting, or corporate finance with an emphasis on finance, accounting and/or strategy
    ~ Prior experience in interpreting and analyzing company profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
    ~ Experience in drafting financial and technical business communications for an external audience
    ~ Strong acumen in using Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    ~ Demonstrated ability to excel in a demanding and ambiguous environment with competing priorities
    ~ Familiarity using investor relations software and tools such as Nasdaq IR Insight or FactSet is a plus
