These will be your WOW moments:

  • You will play a direct role in the development and establishment of the global Project Management Office (PMO) for our organizational projects at Forestville. You will have the opportunity to take the global portfolio and project management of the Kärcher Group to the next level through efficient and effective processes and tools.
  • You will be responsible for global project portfolio management and global project management standards. With the freedom to implement your own ideas, you will establish new processes with global impact.
  • You will support Kärcher in making the "right" decisions in the project portfolio context. This includes establishing and moderating decision-making meetings, creating evaluations, and deriving recommendations from strategic priorities.
  • As the central point of contact for project management, you will have high visibility within the company and provide advice to our departments. Your goal: to continuously develop the maturity and know-how, even at international locations.
  • You will create the monthly multi-project reporting as a basis for decision-making for the executive board. Additionally, you will coordinate the relevant reporting documents with project managers and departments.
  • You will be a sparring partner for project managers in initiating and planning individual project initiatives.
