Your tasks:

As plant manager, you will take responsibility for our pizza production site in Artern and play a key role in the further development of the plant
You will lead the entire plant, including production and maintenance, both technically and disciplinarily
You will develop production goals and KPIs to manage your area of responsibility
You will also be responsible for managing the entire production process and ensuring quality and quantity
In addition, you will introduce suitable processes, monitor and optimize them according to Gustavo Gusto Lean Management principles
You will design the personnel structure and create an effective personnel deployment plan
You will also be responsible for the development and promotion of employees
In close coordination with the management, you will plan investments and ensure consistent cost management while maintaining product quality
You will also plan and monitor production and budgets for plant and product optimization
You will ensure compliance with all energy and environmental regulations, as well as quality, hygiene, and occupational safety requirements
You will be the first point of contact for other departments regarding all matters related to the Artern plant
