Management of Human Resources Responsibilities. In this responsible role, reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the strategic and operational human resources work. You will derive the medium- and long-term HR strategy from the company's strategy.

One of your main tasks will be to advise the board of directors and top management on all personnel-related issues.

You will be responsible for the entire range of services and instrument portfolio in this area.

In this context, you will be a driving force for the further development and transformation of a culture of appreciation and performance and will implement contemporary personnel development and communication concepts, making optimal use of digital solutions.
