Your tasks
- Independent organization and management of multiple secretariats, including representation duties
- Execution of organizational and administrative tasks, including file and record management as well as correspondence
- Planning, coordination, and tracking of appointments
- General administrative tasks, such as organizing seminars and business trips
- Ordering of WDL and materials through SAP
- Handling of confidential documents and personal data
- Maintenance of qualification matrix
Your profile
- Completed commercial training advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, OneNote, Access)
- Experience with IBFS (operating management system) and SAP advantageous
- Organizational skills and independent work style
- Ability to independently handle administrative tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Discretion in handling confidential information
