Job Summary

CRDN of South Central PA is looking for a qualified service coordinator who thrives when multi-tasking, enjoys helping others and is looking to find a longterm home for themselves.

As a service coordinator your day will consist of data entry, dispatching service professionals, scheduling pick ups/deliveries and handling customer issues in an often fast paced, high pressure environment.

Job Requirements

• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast paced environment is required for this position.
• Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Work with service professionals, insurance and contractor representatives, and customers in a conscientious manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Work directly with our customer to schedule appointments, updating status of our services, and answering questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Midlevel computer skills and an aptitude for learning new technology and software easily.
• Other duties and tasks as required.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of administrative or coordinator experience.

This is a fulltime position 8am-4:30pm


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
