Tasks that will help you move forward:

You advise our insured members, corporate clients, and health partners in telephone and online customer service at AOK
You will learn about the processes and technology of telephone and online customer service at AOK
You shape communication, for example by developing conversation guidelines, and will also be given responsibility, such as training apprentices from other professions in your area of responsibility
We will prepare you for your tasks at the AOK Education Center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach and at the vocational school in Villingen-Schwenningen through residential instruction
You will learn about interesting topics and can implement them in your team at your local district office

Qualifications

Skills you bring:

· You have at least a middle school diploma

· You are communicative and enjoy working with people

· You show a service-oriented attitude
