- Assist prospective members with the enrollment process, explaining benefits, and answering any questions or concerns.
- Evaluate and assess potential members' health needs and determine eligibility for enrollment.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and enrollment activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to enrollment and healthcare coverage.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to enrollment processes and healthcare programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in healthcare enrollment or customer service is preferred
- Experience with healthcare insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid programs is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
