We are seeking a seasonal (April-December), part time (Tuesday-Thursday) Entry Level Clerk to join our team. As an Entry Level Clerk/scale operator, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Perfect for student or snowbird. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and organized


Duties:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Assist with data entry
• Weigh trucks in and out as needed
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with calendar management

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with computer systems is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
