Responsibilities:

Providing network support for LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing network issues.
Taking responsibility for customer installation and upgrade projects.
Contributing to the company's partner status by obtaining additional Cisco certifications.

Strong experience in network support.
