Purpose

Positions to provide data entry and administrative support for Utilities & Energy Management for the UTWorks project.


Responsibilities:


  • Collect, document, input, and retrieve information using data entry functions. Enter asset and PM data from 4 UEM divisions into a data load spreadsheet in preparation for transferring asset and PM information into UTWorks. Evaluate and verify notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets. Ensures correctness and completeness of data that has been or is to be entered.
  • Maintain confidential records and files. Must understand that security and confidentiality of the information being dealt with is mandatory. Confer with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters. Meet as a group and individually with other team members and supervisors.
Required Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree, one year of experience at the Administrative Assistant level, or high school graduation or GED, and five years of administrative experience.

Microsoft Excel experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as initiate and follow through on work independently. Excellent time management and prioritization skills as well as the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels. Strong analytical skills. Experience working with a variety of internal and external partners. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience coordinating or administering a program, or 3 years experience providing support to a program.

Working knowledge of project management principles.

Hourly Rate

$18.00

Working Conditions- Attire: Business casual- Standard Office Environment, Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation

Work Shift- Hours per week - 40- Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Shift is Monday through Friday. Flexible work arrangements may be available after onboarding and training. The remote location must have a reliable internet connection to support working remotely.
