$15.92 (WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) + $2.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RELOCATION STIPEND IF MOVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM BLESSING HEALTH SYSTEM
Onsite childcare - Quincy & Pittsfield locations
orthopedics, bariatrics, vascular, neurology and general surgery.
This unit also serves general medical patients with diagnosis including but not limited to:
sepsis, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, skin and wound conditions and infections.
Modified primary nursing is the care delivery model utilized and includes the following team members:
Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers and Unit Secretary. The team is also supported by a unit-based Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, and an Unit-based Educator.
This position is responsible for providing assistance with patient care activities and non-nursing tasks under the direct supervision of the RN and in cooperation with other nursing staff.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including infant through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital.It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process and Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
