To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a

Sales Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) with a focus on projects:

What to expect:
The goal of this position is to support the management and sales management in optimizing customer-oriented processes, including:

Project preparation and/or project management for important company processes, such as customer relationship management (CRM), digitalization in sales, or the establishment of a junior sales program, etc.
Support in implementing an active sales process
Interface function for the management & sales management to other departments
Development of dashboards/KPIs in the CRM system in collaboration with IT and controlling
Documentation of optimized business processes

What we expect from you:

Completed master's degree in business administration or a comparable education
You enjoy driving changes and are not deterred by obstacles
Structured work and organization come easily to you and you enjoy it
You are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics (e.g. digitalization or business processes) until you understand them
You not only involve your stakeholders in the process of change, but also proactively motivate them to participate
