The Customer Solutions Manager will have a crucial role in providing excellent sales and product support for the DLA's Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) program.
They will actively engage with the Troop Support Construction and Equipment Supply Chain to fulfill their specific needs and go above and beyond.
By prioritizing exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships, the Sales employee will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides direct oversight of assigned region and submits updates weekly, monthly, and annually as required
Works with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope, and priced fair and reasonably
Ensures Noble meets their contractual requirements (on time delivery and quote turnaround)
Ensures Noble complies with contract rules, regulations, and operational guidelines FAR/DFAR/DLAD
Follows-up with customer sales management team to verify order status and funding
Provides on-site support for large deliveries that require coordination
