Job Description

Join the team at Avery Dennison as a Maintenance Shift Technician responsible for ensuring equipment and facilities are in top shape. You'll be involved in planned and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting breakdowns. This role operates on the C Team, 6PM-6AM shift.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair equipment failures using various tools and resources.
Maintain mechanical machinery, electrical equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and ensure safety and efficiency.
Conduct wiring, installations, and maintenance.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and order replacement parts.
Maintain repair logs and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production needs and ensure top-quality performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Motivated toward productivity, safety, and quality.
