- Presents Maintenance Menu's to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations
- Performs service "meet and greet"
- Initial Vehicle Walk Around
- Performs vehicle Courtesy Inspection
- Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.O.'s when work is completed
- Acquires customer authorizations on service work
- Schedules Service Appointments
- Answers all service department calls
- Liaison between the customer and the service department
- Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls
- All other responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years customer service
- RV/Automotive/Powersports Experience Preferred
- Ability to work well under stress
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Must be a Team Player
- May be required to drive Motorized RV'S
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism
