- Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
- Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
- Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
- Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
- Assist with merchandise resets through the store.
- Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e., price changes, special orders.
- Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
- Operate forklift with proper training.
- Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
- Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager.
- Participate in store meetings.
- Be professional in appearance and actions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Retail hardware, sales, and customer service experience preferred
Education/Training:
High School or GED equivalent, some college preferred
Experience:
1-2 experience in retail, sales, and customer service preferred
Physical Demands:
Standing for extended periods of time, walking, lifting (up to 40lbs), and climbing.
Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions so set forth.
Requirements Ability to diagnose and repair rental equipment to ensure safety operations are up to manufacture standards.Responsible for maintenance of rental equipment.
Ability to answer customer's questions regarding rental equipment and operation.
Operate a computer proficiently to order parts.
Ability to learn rental software.
Ability to assist with rental customers.
Must have a good driving record.
Must be able to work in all conditions.
Required to make deliveries using company truck and trailer.
