Job Description
Building cleaners clean the interiors and exteriors of various buildings. They first select all the necessary equipment and chemicals based on a work plan they have created. They assess surfaces and dirt, and then choose an appropriate cleaning method.

Duration and Process
The training program lasts for three years. During this time, you will alternate between practical and theoretical training. You will work and receive training in the subsidiary companies of Stadtwerke Halle. The theoretical lessons will take place in a specialized vocational school.

Salary
The amount of your salary will depend on the subsidiary company of Stadtwerke where you are placed. There is a valid collective agreement in place that regulates the salary for trainees.

Career Opportunities
After completing your training as a building cleaner, you can further your education and become a master or trainer.
