To strengthen the
Reporting and Regulatory Topics department, we are looking for you as a referee (m/f/d) for Outsourcing/Outsourcing as soon as possible.


  • Act as a central point of contact for departments, managing directors, and executive boards on the topic of outsourcing
  • Fulfill a continuous control function with regard to compliance with agreed quantitative and qualitative service levels
  • Implementation of guidelines, work instructions, and processes (including DORA and VAIT)
  • Request, monitor, and evaluate service level reports from service providers and departments
  • Prepare reports for the Group Executive Board, company executive boards/management, and the Group Head Office (GHO) in Italy
